They delivered me a courtesy car and collected my car for repair and returned in the same way, so there was no inconvenience to myself at all. All paperwork was done online and payment made over the phone so as to social distance. Repair is first class, I'm thrilled! Will be recommending to everyone

I had a massive scratch on my passenger door. Sent it to Steve mellor to get repaired.
When I arrived a week later to pick my car up they let me know that they also sorted out a big scuff on the back of my car. They did this free of charge and without me asking. I am really pleased with the kindness and professionalism of this complaint. 10/10 recommend.

Was given a quote by phone but didn't get call backs from them to view the car or arrange an appointment. Numerous requests for a phone back were ignored. 3 weeks from first contact and no communication at all. I've since booked the car in elsewhere. I'll never attempt to use Steve Mellor again.
