Had a side window fitted to our van. Very friendly service and a brilliant job carried out. Will definately use again.

Front and back windscreens removal and installed but sealant wasn't applied to the surround front so came loose when driving and could've damaged the paint. Scratched my back windscreen thoroughly and refused to take responsibility for the damage, i only wanted compensation for their poor job not for it to be re-done as i dont trust them. Very unprofessional, avoid at all costs. Pointless going to small claims as i only wanted £40 for the scratches, hope someone else avoids this company

We're going to arrange time to visit to assess job, but never called back. We used another firm.

Excellent service and less than my insurance excess

Sorry about this bad review but I had a replacement windscreen fitted in my T4 which I don't drive regularly but two month later found that the windscreen was leaking on the side badly ,I informed Channel windscreens of my problem ,they offered to repair it if I took it to them this happened once again so they said they would have to take the windscreen out , had the van back again only to notice when we were camping that in it the middle of the windscreen leaks now .not confident that they could repair it again so going to someone else.

Had a stonechip repair and was pleasantly surprised when the technician finished was unable to see to tell where the damage had been very professional
