National Windscreens Newport

The guys here were very friendly and helpful, they offered me a cup of tea or coffee while I waited, they said it would take 90 mins to do my windscreen but actually did it in less than an hour, they cleaned the glass and the dashboard before handing the car back to me

5 stars is not enough to classify the newport team. From the care, cleaning, service and friendliness everything top! I don't recommend Cardiff and Bridgend national windscreen

They we a nightmare to get through to on the phone,then I had to wait a week and a half for a appointment,then on the day they cancelled they reckon then didn't receive the glass,but when the guy came to be fair he was excellent, fitted windscreen in less than a hour,but took two weeks in which I couldn't use my car

Booked in for glass replacement at my home address through my insurer. The installer didn't arrive. I called to question and was told someone would call me right back. Several hours later nobody called, so I contacted them only to be told to call a different number. After being on hold for an hour I was told my car would be booked in for the next morning.
The next day I was called to say they had a problem with their system and didn't know which glass to order. Maybe they could call me back next week to rebook.
My car has now been left unsecured for almost a week and I've had to use another company.

The service from the front of staff was good but the one wiper arm was not refitted correctly and was loose and chipped the paint on my bonnet. When I took it back the fitter tryed blaming the wiper motor but since its been fitted correctly no issues. Funny that. Just out of pocket for the bonnet repair. Not worth trying to claim for the damage.

Way to expensive had next day fit with an independent called direct windscreens for half the price that was quoted
