Got my bike MOT'd there & overall I found the garage to give good service, telling me what was wrong with the bike, possible fixes & whether it was urgent or not. Friendly atmosphere & I was in & out in 30-40 mins.
Only issue I had was trying to use their online booking system...I heard nothing for a few days so called & got an MOT slot, pretty much when I wanted it anyway, so all good.

Honest, fair and reliable. Been using them since I moved to Cardiff several times for 2 different vehicles and I'm really happy with them. So valuable to have a local mechanic I can depend upon.

Emergency repair needed by my Nissan Micra. Garage recommended by AA. Work carried out promptly, effectively and at very reasonable price. Good communication with me throughout. Highly recomended.

Being told over the phone it is £15+vat for tyre repairing. After the job, I was being charged £25. Ok it is only £7 more than I originally quoted, So I paid for it without any saying. However the repaired tyre was quite under pressure. Only 1.5 bar of 2.4 bar. So I went back to garage to ask for topping more pressure. But they don’t even bothered to have a second look. So it ended up I went to Tesco petrol station to top up tyre pressure MYSELF. Not very impressive to be honest.

I have taken my motorbike there for an mot for the last 14 years, friendly and welcoming staff in the office, and the mot testers Steve and previously Phil have always given good advise, well run business 👍

Busy, well organised with a strong customer service focus. This is my first time using Fairwater Garages and if it goes well next time I will up to 5*.

4 did there service advisor break the data protection law by putting my number in his phone and calling me at 8pm yes
5 was my calls ignored for weeks on end and told someone would call me back within the hour yes
6 is fairwater now not only blocked my number but also not replying to my emails yes
7 the fact is fairwater garage has tried to brush this issue under the carpet yes
8 will I be taking this to a solicitor not left with no choice so yes
