I've been a customer for over 16 years, Nigel and the team have looked after all my cars from my olde Honda Prelude upto my current DBS, the attention to detail and professionalism has always been spot on :)

Dirty tables, place untidy, in here long enough to get a drink and take a piss and that was too long, this is not at Nigel Pugh's , this was at burger King in builth Wells last year, dont know how its come up on here, sorry for any inconvenience Nigel

First time I'd used Nigel Pugh to re-gas the air conditioning in my Puma. Appointment made for the day after I'd called, and they were already ready and waiting by the time I arrived.

It was probably Nigel who sorted me out, but he was lovely: found me a spot to sit on one of his chairs in the sunshine (with shade nearby!), and kept me updated on everything that he was doing.

The whole process took less than half the estimated time, and I was really impressed with their 'social distancing' measures in place.

The cost was very reasonable, and I will happily return next time the air conditioning needs re-gassing.

Our window broke while visiting family, which put us in a really tricky situation, but Nigel Pugh Motors sorted the problem -- finding us an appointment slot even though they were already super booked because of the Jubilee holiday. Great service! Totally recommend!

I went in for help with my car's clutch Although they couldn't book me in due to timings, they were so helpful giving me phone numbers of other trustworthy garages locally. Thanks
