Bought a Pioneer Dab which uses apple play Navigation Double Din for new car. Went to Halfords ignored by staff terrible service.
Walked in greeted by Paul a really smiley knowledgeable guy, I doubt there is anything he does not know. If he does not know he will find out.
Explaining exactly how to install after offering the installation service. Partner being an ex auto electrician wanted to do it himself.
Cannot fault the professional service and knowledge by Paul. Happy smiley guy who goes the extra mile. Cheers pal!
Maybe premium price but service is second to none.
Will definitely be back.

Will not give advice just wants to take your car and put their own things in which are over priced

Brought two 4" focal speakers.

Excellent advice on what to buy and I even got help with soldering the new speaker wires to the old wiring!

I had a new head unit fitted. Good honest advice over the phone without feeling like you were being given the hard sell. When I rang back to arrange fitting I had exactly the same, good honest advice and the unit fitted the next day. Excellent service both on them phone and in person.

Popped in to try and buy a android auto radio for my truck, I've not walked out of a store in the UK so angry in years. Customer service attitude was abysmal before a sentence was made. Zero interest in being friendly, and had zero knowledge of my truck, instead of listening to my knowledge, was immediately shot down as unreliable without any effort to be polite about it. I make tech actually, I've fit car radios many times in the past. And the guy was so rude I was appalled that in 2021 this interaction was called customer service. I walked out of the shop furious at the interaction. Also their prices are crazy. I'll never enter one of these shops again. High prices are paid for quality service, not for the worst attitude I've encountered in this country.

I am delighted with the work done today. I had several problems with the sound in my car.
I made an appointment, took it in, waited for an assessment with recommendations.
The work was completed within a few hours and I am very happy. Excellent sound and workmanship. Thank you Paul.
