Shiny Car Wash Loughborough

Quality doesn't seem to be as good as it has been, last two times I have had patches missed and my car has come back. With minor scratches, presumably from the hoses. Also seems to be more expensive, have used these for years but now considering looking else where or god forbid doing it myself..

After I got my car, I cleaned my car again (honestly not everywhere, but even the tyres and door handle some areas inside the car were dirty). They asked for £25, but refused and agreed to pay £20. I got poor service because they made a discount! I won't go there again!

Dissatisfied with the clean did not vacuumed rear seat,missed dry polish and window cleaner,.. also parts missing/lost for a dog guard they tried to remove..to be told it’s not our responsibility.Very disappointed for the price (£35) will not be going back

So, was earlier £6...went to £8...2 weeks ago was still £8. Today £12! And to add insult to injury,the quality of the clean has gone down in proportion to the price going up! Had to wash again .... won't be taking any of our cars back! Awful

They did an average job not completely clean especially under door handles and mirrors water marks left on it and interior not vaccumed or cleaned to any descent standard if id paid £10-£15 I'd be happy with the job they did but it cost £25 I didn't even get a air freshener I will not be returning

Ok, inflation is affecting everything and everybody, I get it.
However I’ve just paid £14 for an outside clean on a Renault hatchback. In the grand scheme it’s not worth getting annoyed about, but no one likes being ripped off, whatever the amount. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

Car wash is terrible not even washing properly staff is not friendly and charging 12 pounds for nothing this is a rip off. I would not recommend anyone to come here.

Disappointing, paid £20 to have my A class washed and it was a rushed/half job at best. Not what you expect when paying a premium
