Got wash and wax. The wax was all over any of the exterior black surfaces like wing mirrors door handles and wipers etc. Maybe good just for a wash.

Expensive, lightly staffed at night, so queues form

Staff are nice enough but for £20 I expect the inside to be hoovered - Prices are way too steep for Harlow

Paid for wash and clean inside and out. When I looked around car only dashboard and front floor cleaned and hoovered. Driver and passenger windows only partially cleaned no attention to detail very sloppy job. Will never use again we only have an Audi A3 so not even a big car steer clear.

Car should be ready after 2 hours, but wasn't. When I noticed that they are dirty spots on car, they ignored me and said that car is ready. I expected better cleaning for £25.

Poor excuse of a clean £35 for “5* valet”

the worst car wash in Basingstoke don't take your car in them

I paid for an All Star Valet and the exterior hasn't even been touched and there's lots of dirt inside. Definitely do not recommend.
