I paid 60 quid which I thought was a bit much anyway but I do have a dog so I understood. Anyway after picking the car up all the plastic inside started turning white. This stuff whatever they have used will not come out!!! I've been scrubbing and scrubbing at work and nothing
Unfortunately I'm not able to get there regularly due to work so haven't managed to go back but this is not acceptable after the intense clean I was promised for 60 quid

I choose the £45 premium valet. The car wash manager said it would take an hour. They actually finished the car 15minutes later. I came back to car after an hour and the engine was still running with my stereo full blast. The car was dirty and they hadn’t washed the seats or waxed it. I complained and they did another quick minute fix. The car was still dirty. They did not apologise and demanded that i pay £45. After getting the Tesco deputy manager they reduced to £30. I drove away in a dirty car. The car wash manager asked me not to come back - very rude!

I would strongly advise against using this service.

My car was left for silver valet when i returned there was significant scratches to the rear bumper.

i was initially told that the damage had been there before my car had been washed, but when challenged i was the. told that the damage must have been caused afterwards and then someone must have crashed into me. The discrepancy in this story is blatant.

The complaint i made afterwards was poorly managed. A costly car wash, as i have been left to pay the bill to repair the damaged caused while the car was in their care

Poor quality £30 valet - parking the car in sunlight afterwards it was terrible. But worse was the guy cleaning the car in the bay next door dinged my aluminium driver's door and left a 50p size dent. Avoid at all costs. The standard bays are too small for this operation with their equipment and the pace they expect their guys to work at which I observed as I walked to collect my car.

Car clean was OK, despite some residue on the bonnet from the cleaning solution.

However, the attitude of the owner was appalling. Gold wash was advertised as £20, said it was £25 on arrival. As I was in a rush I didn't argue... however, he then wanted £30 upon collection as it was 'very dirty'. It did have some bits of twig in the boot, but I dispute this could ever be called 'really dirty'.

I won't be using again or recommending, not with the current owner and his poor attitude to customer service and 'made up on the spot' pricing.

They did a good job washing the car but unfortunately the staff have sticky fingers as an iPhone charging cable went missing. Shame really as I would have used them regularly.

Went for the full vellet which was very costly which the car was not the best and the seats and carpets were that wet you could splash your feet I take it this is why there called waves the flood your car took it back on4 days later as it was still really wet and me having the heating on full the car was starting to smell worse than it was to start met with a very rude member of staff that thought he could speak to me like I was stupid and he was very arrogant will not be using waves again awful place and staff

Excellent service, very friendly. Did a great job of cleaning my car !
