Waves Hand Car Wash Stevenage

I've walked past a few times decided to check the prices and ask about the shampoo used as my vehicle has a special coating that is incompatible with wax based solutions the guy I spoke to looked blank did not speak English.
Frightening thing walked past recently the guy pressure washing a car with the driver's door open I have also seen staff climbing on tyres and door sills to clean high parts after seeing this I won't be taking my vehicle there and paying for someone to climb on it

These guys are Always wanting CASH. This is the First Waves I’ve seen that never seems to take cards. Our company uses Waves and we always pay with the company card.
However, their Card machine is ALWAYS faulty and they are always quick to direct people to the cash machine. Very inconveniencing.
Will not be using this waves hand car wash again. Enough!

Paid for GOLD wash so I'd expect a decent job to be done. My wheels are still filthy inside and there are smear marks everywhere inside the car. Very disappointed and will not be using them again or referring them to any of my friends and family.

Took my work van today to be cleaned asking for a simple in and out. A member of staff came over and said that the state of my van it would need 2 hours and would cost £80.00. I told him wanted it washed on the outside and just a quick clean of the cabin. He said thats an in and out and he is not prepared to do that and go to another car wash. Just trying to fleece me out of money. Absolutely terrible service and if thats how you treat customers maybe Tesco should review who cleans cars on their premises

I have received a parking charge notice after leaving the car for a full valeting. It never crossed my mind i have to pay for parking in a car wash. The car was clean~ish~ , good service for the price. But I was surprised in an unpleasant manner with the pcn. Won’t go there anymore, tha staff could have told me to pay the parking, as it took a bit over 3 hours (the free parking duration)

The team at Waves at the Tesco Extra in Stevenage are very good at cleaning customers cars. I can thoroughly recommend them
