IMO Car Wash

At 1st glance was looking forward to getting my car washed here. However £16 later, a triple wax and mini valet and there are water marks all over the body of my car and windows. Not impressed at all and will not be going back.

I do like a pull through car wash. If you're not the type that worries too much about your car being mangled in one of these contraptions, they do a good job of cleaning the outside of your car. If you have the AA app, you get 50% off as well.
Staff are polite and helpful. Drive in let the machine drag you through and drive off with a shiny car, lovely job.

Avoid!!!!

Awful cleaning service. Our windows were left filthy (see photo) and mud still on the body of the car.

We didn't notice until we were half way home, otherwise we would have returned.

A total waste of our time and £12

It's a bit hit and miss with this place. Last time my car was still not clean when it came out and sometimes it doesn't dry very well leaving stripes or water stains on the windows but other times the car is really clean. The staff is friendly and their valetting service is very good value for money to get the interior cleaned, especially if you use the discount codes offered with AA menbership

I use my lovely white bmw for work however some days use it for allotment stuff. As you can imagine gets very dirty, full of soil and old leaves and all sorts of nasties. Wasn't cleaned for a good year. Took my car here for a full valet service and my car almost looked brand new! Wasn't expensive either and only took 20 mins. Definitely recommend!

I have been here twice and twice they have been disgraceful.
The manager is very disrespectful and arrogant.
Never had any issues with any other imo car washes
But won't recommend imo Letchworth to anyone.

Good wash. Pre purchased via app and just scanned through easily.

Went for a quick wash after the snow had left my white car brown!
We opted for the Ultra HD. The gentleman who served us was incredibly thorough and spent time getting it as pre-cleaned as possible before we went through the wash.
The whole wash took less than 5 minutes and left the car white again, infact it looked showroom ready. The wax also continued to work during the heavy rain we had a couple of hours later.
Would definitely recommend.
