Greatfield Hand Car Wash

Got a mini valet, spent £25. The men were really aggressive and rude to me, using hand gestures to tell me where to go and I got confused as I thought they told me to move forward, instead it was to get out of the car and they screamed at me. They left birdpoo on the windows, broke my phone holder which cost £21, damaged my charger from the sprays and left small pieces of rubbish in the car so they did half a job. I am really disappointed in this as it is ridiculous. Because of how rude they were to me and as a young woman I felt really intimidated so I did not go back to tell them what they broke.

I've been using Greatfield Hand Car Wash for about a year and I must say it's the best car wash I've ever used. Professional, high-quality - they don't cut any corners! I'm always impressed by their service and would thoroughly recommend.

Always busy so must be good. Use them weekly for different vehicles connected with my work, always a smile and a handshake. Good value clean in and out, always polite even when rushed off their feet.
