GADEBRIDGE Hand Car Wash

The manager wasn't there, they were washing my car like I wasn't going to pay them. Leave that aside, but they kept leaning on my bonnet and wings making dents which then came back to their normal position. I drive an expensive car, and if you value your vehicle do not take it there, unless you want dents. After I told them that they should stop leaning on my bonnet when washing the car, all of them became extremely rude and told me not to come back again. In England this is not how we solve problems, let alone that my 10 year old son could have washed my car better.
I have been a regular customer and never had a problem until this time, but they have now become extremely lazy and rude.
I have worked in a car wash myself and their service was utter rubbish.
I hope the manager sees this review before they damage someone's car.

Never using this car wash again.
Had my car cleaned today and on two separate occasions I had to tell 2 of the ‘valets’ that if they wanted to move my car, then I would drive it for them. But no, both guys decided to drop the handbrake, roll the car with a locked steering wheel from the passenger seat and ripped the handbrake up.

Steer clear from this place, taking my business elsewhere. Useless.

Decent clean but a 50% rise over the past year is a bit rich. £9 for a standard carwash. But they are all the same now.

Always used them. In the 17yrs I've been driving..
So friendly and professional no matter how busy they are. Will never go else where

Very expensive i thought.
It clearly said £9 for a normal size car on the board for just the exterior and door panels and wheels. But when I came to pay the guy charged me £15.

I've only got a Skoda Kamique which I would have said was a normal size car.
Won't be using them again

Absolutely rubbish service for the amount of money car was not cleaned properly and when I question them they still didn’t clean it the second time shan’t be going back would advise don’t bother find somewhere else £25
