Fleet Hand Car Wash

Very good service for a fair price. my car had a really good clean in and out for around £15. Relaxed in the sun however if it were raining there seemed to only be a shelter which was not inside, this might put me off in the winter, but the good clean makes up for it. Friendly staff here too.

I came away really annoyed after using this place. I'd never been to this car wash before and they were getting very irritated with me because I didn't know where to go when there's no guidance at all of where to go. Just waving your arms about randomly is of no use at all! When I eventually got seen to there was more frustrated arm waving but precious little help. When they'd washed as quickly as possible to get on to the next one, I asked for a receipt at the end they rudely said "no receipts today". When I insisted (I move cars round the country for work, pay cash then claim the expenses back) they miraculously found their receipt pad. Very rude staff. I most certainly won't be going back. I'd rather drive a couple of miles further down the road than go back. I use hand car washes every day for work and I've never had such a bad experience. I know they're busy and under pressure, but that's not my fault! I would never dream of treating anyone that way, let alone a paying customer!

Won't be going there again! Charged £15 for car to be washed & windows cleaned inside. I have no problem in paying that if you got a decent job done. When I paid the money I had to ask the guy to give it another wipe as there was still alot of beads of water on the car & marks that hadn't been cleaned off plus water running down from around windows & wing mirrors.
when I got home I gave it another rub down & found that they did not dry the roof or remove the bird poo which is why I didn't do it myself because I have a job to reach as I have a Peugeot Tepee.

First time using this car wash yesterday and was very impressed by the speed and thoroughness of the wash along with the politeness of the workers. Yes they don’t speak much English but they were still friendly, even helping me to unload and load things into my car so they could vacuum the insides 🙂

Not the best place to get your car cleaned by any means. After paying £20 for a mini valet, the exterior was left blotchy and interior wasnt great either. Windows weren't cleaned enough and the dash was still dusty. Not enough effort. Wont be going there again.

The guys at this car wash are brilliant! Their service is generally top notch! More than happy to pay £20 for a mini vallet, inside and out; sparkling and I didn't lift a finger! 😀 they're super quick, even with cars waiting, they're polite and very friendly! Highly recommend their services!
