IMO Car Wash

Tucked away behind the petrol station is the carwash entrance. Drive through the fuel forecourt while keeping left. Tight turn to get into position for the pre-wash prep area. Exiting the wash is also another tight turn. The wash was good, no complaints there. It's just the access is a bit on the right side.

Really dissatisfied, I have ordered the Ultra HD and I’ve been told that there is a promotion for £1.5 extra would finish the car by hand and will be much better than the Ultra HD alone. I thought I got the deal but ended up with the basic wash and poorly finished car. No comparison with the standard Ultra HD. So if you are being offered a promotion I would recommend you to stick to the standard available option.

I have been using the IMO Carwash at Winchester for a number of years now and the service is always faultless, efficient and pleasant. I have no concerns with leaving my car with the staff there as they are always professional and helpful.

Would definitely recommend this car wash.

Just been through the car wash £9.50 and it hasn't washed my alloys correctly. Rubbish and not worth the money. I won't be visiting again.

Thought I'd give the car a Christmas wash, chose the Mini Valet £15.00 and joined the precession of moving cars. Inside was perfect however the wheels were still grubby, still quicker than doing it yourself.

The man doing the valets today is an absolute star (22/01/23 1pm) although it was really busy he happily agreed to clean my car despite the kid doing the drive through car wash and payments discouraging me to purchase the service.

The kid said "the wait is 2 hours. We already have 2 cars on valet" I said I don't mind waiting as I really needed to get my car cleaned and he reiterated "the wait is TWO HOURS 🙄".

The guy doing the valet did not hesitate to say he'll be alright to take the job and was completely polite. I told him I'm happy to wait 2 hours and he said "WHAT?! It's only 30mins". I really appreciate him for helping me as when my car is not as tidy as I prefer it triggers my anxiety.

I would have given 5 stars but I took 1 out because of that kid being rude to me and discouraging me to purchase the service. I understand there was a demand for the service and I don't mind waiting 2 hours if that's what it takes for me to get my car cleaned I will not kick off about that. But being turned away for no reason is just absurd.

Valet guy needs a raise! He's done my car really well. Above and beyond service!

Fast and very friendly staff who explained the process as I had never used the service before, car came out looking brand new again. - Ultimate HD wash.
