Julian Hand Car Wash

I dropped my car off at 10am for a valet. The valet is not cheap at £95. I was told to pick my car up at 6pm. I arrived at 6pm and it looked like my car hasn’t even been touched. I let them know I was here and sat patiently for 30 mins. After this time I enquired as to when my car would be ready because they had had it for 8.5 hours and I was told 6pm. The owner told me that he had told me 6pm but that I had insisted on 7pm which is a complete lie. I called him on it and he kept insisting I’d said 7pm. In the meantime new customers were dropping in for the wash while you wait service and they were still being prioritised. 45 mins later I was told “I can go”. No apology. Rude, unprofessional and liars.

I’ve been here many times here before the new management and no issues, I went in yesterday and they chipped the paint off the bumper. Not sure if they have turned up the pressure, but it’s not suitable for private vehicles!

Terrible place! Do not use! Got my car cleaned and they jetwahed it so hard underneath it’s snapped my plastics and allowed water to get into my light! Not only that the car wasn’t even clean. Worst ever !

I had my car washed here. Excelent service, quick and efficient and well done. Absolutely recommend this place!

Absolutely appalling service, very rude people. I’ve been using them since 2016 because old manager was very decent guy. New guys are very rude and they’re trying their best to rip off people.

Left the car with them for an hour and said I wanted the £40 inside and out wash, came back and only the outside was done, the bloke said that the boys left? After saying they’ll the £40 service, waste of time

DO NOT USE! - Very busy, hectic and the staff are rude. Car was not cleaned properly, not dried and to make it worse, a huge set of scratches on the rear. No responsibility taken as there is 'no proof' it was them.. awful! Wish I had saved £10 and done it myself.

Not great value or service for the money. The space is grim and they have made zero effort to create an environment for the customer. Very primitive place and not professional. Effluent from the car wash running out the door and down the street.
