IMO Car Wash

Got the top clean, £12.50, car ok, not fully cleaned, brakedust on wheels, can just wipe off with finger. Not even hard to reach, just the face of the wheel. Dont feel its anything more than a £5 regular car wash. Used to be more scrubbing pre wash by the guys.

Average car wash. Nothing special. Always get the basic wash or foam wash which does the job ok. Having read the other reviews on here I wouldn’t get a valet done here. Can download the app and pay online to save yourself time and you get discount too for car washes.

Arrived just after opening, half term at time of visit and was really unusually quiet.
Our car had a really good clean wash, no streaks afterwards. Really pleased with the result.

Definitely worth using
I deliberately came at a time when it wasn’t so busy and asked if they would do a standard valet but pay particular attention to the inside as I had recently transported a large dog and the pet hair had caught up in the carpet and upholstery fibres making it hard for me to brush out myself.
I offered to pay what they thought would be reasonable so in effect it was a deal not available as standard. They had no obligation obviously to do this but they agreed to it and did an AMAZING job.
I have used them two or 3 times now when they have had the time and resources available to do this “extended valet” and each time I’ve been very satisfied with the results and their hard work and attention to detail.
Bearing in mind how hard pet hair especially is to remove from vehicle carpets (with a vacuum thats likely not designed for that specific purpose), they have earned every penny, and I will always use them when I need my car cleaning.
I highly recommend this car valeting service and can absolutely say with confidence that you will be pleased with the results and they will always do a good job - however, I will just reiterate that if they’re very busy, and there are many times when they’re incredibly busy with long queues of waiting cars, and in this instance I wouldn’t even ask as clearly they couldn’t offer the attention to detail and the extra time i ask them for.
My personal experience though is 100% positive and I hope this continues as it’s super convenient and nowhere else so far has offered to deviate from the standard deals, to allow me to pay extra for a personal valet service.
I’d give ten stars if I could!

First time I used this service it was amazing, my car smelt great for days and I have a dog. The second time I used it the guy was absolutely miserable, fine but when I collected my car it still smelt of wet dog and it still had mud all over it. Because I have a dog I paid the most you can, I think it was £33 for inside and out. I won't be using this place again unfortunately 😔
