JJ's Car Wash

Just wondering has the car wash been taken over in the last two weeks .
We 3 weeks ago car was cleared amazing all the staff knew what they was doing and a very helpful English man taking the money.
Went again on Sunday 3rd July 2022 not one English speaking person I wash the car again when I got home very poor service paid and extra £10 on top of the washing price for extra paint protection never happened tried to explain to the guy taking the money but he didn’t have a clue.
Shame if it has been taken over and the first experience was perfect .
2nd experience super poor

I had previously given JJ 5*. Apparently the management has changed. Recently my car was washed very haphazardly, no snowfoam no degreasing agent, no tyre detailing. Door sills were left soapy and I needed to wipe it off myself. Unfortunately will not be returning. All the recent reviews had been very low. Very disappointing to lose a good car wash in Oxford

Inconsistent service - now new guys have taken over and put the prices up and quality of clean is not how it used to be. Miss out so many areas of the car and seem as though they can’t be bothered. Used to be great before

Went today and they were brilliant! Really friendly staff and so honest. My car is full of dog hair and there wasn't enough time to clean it thoroughly as it was much worse than he expected when quoting. That said he offered me a number of options; to wait a further hour and a half which I couldn't do because I have to walk my dogs; to go home another way and he'd call me when it was ready. I couldn't do this either as my disabilities mean I can't use public transport and would have been unable to even figure out how to get home and back; third option to come back tomorrow and just have the interior done. He even offered to take no payment at that point so I could pay all at once the next day, but I insisted on paying for the work that has been done. At no point did he ask me for more money than the original quote, which considering the job would have been twice as long as expected was very gracious of him.

My car looks lovely on the outside and I plan to return every time I want it valeted. The prices are beyond reasonable and I seriously cannot recommend them highly enough. They are awesome AND they have a customer lounge where you can sit and wait and a coffee machine (I didn't try it so don't know what that was like) and for the prices, it's above and beyond. I think any business that shows such honesty and grace should be shared and made much of so this is a very easy review for me.

Pristine 👌🏽 quality and the service is head & shoulders above every other local car wash! Staff are always so lovely and accommodating, highly recommend using them. Super happy customer

Very disappointed is an understatement. I did check the car until I got home (driven directly home after wash) door sills not wiped, didn't use clean cloth to dry car, smearing dirt across the car creating more swirl marks as it wasn't washed properly. Happy to change review if you rectify this but otherwise never going again and warn others not to either.

Took my car to be cleaned there after reading excellent reviews. Really glad I did. It's the best car wash I 'see experienced in.a very long time. Great products, really diligent and excellent service. Only carwash I've used where I have not had to follow them round with a cloth to get all the bits they missed. Already been back and will continue to go.

Seeing the reviews thought why not give it a try. But not really impressed £22 and I end up cleaning the door seals and wiping water off the car in the car park and dirt off the wheels. Shame really seems some cars they give a really good clean and others the just push out the door.
