Waves Hand Car Wash Aldershot

Always used to use this car wash and never had any issues, not been for a while and went today, it's safe to say I won't be going back.
I had 2 people inspect my car before giving me a price that was overly inflated than what was on the price boards, after I said no they dropped it £5 but still way over what the board says it should cost.
Obviously don't want people's business.

I washed my car there once after shopping in Tesco, Never again, guy working in a reception hut receiving keys was unfriendly and rude.

A quick update 23/7/21. I've been using these people for many years. I've just been in today, with a very dirty car that hadn't been used for over a year. They did a fabulous job. I'm very happy.
They do a great job for a reasonable price. I've always been pleased with the results. Not cheap, but not too expensive. If attending an interview or other reason for needing your car to look good, they won't dissapoint. Very convenient to have your car washed and be looking shiny while you do your shopping in the Tesco superstore. They've always done a good job for me, and I'll be using them again.

They refused to clean my car. But not only did they refuse but when I offered to pay extra as I understand that there is dog hair and he said ‘you couldn’t pay me double to clean that car’.

I appreciate that there is a lot of dog hair in the boot but other than that it really wasn’t bad. I went home and cleaned it myself. That’s what you get for trying to support a local business.

Totally rude. Really embarrassed me. If you want a clean car cleaning maybe they will do it for you. If yours is a bit dirty I wouldn’t bother as they will just loudly humiliate you and refuse.

Never going back. And based on the other reviews i shouldn’t have bothered in the first place.

I visit my friend up in Fleet from Somerest (200 mile round trip) and I go to these guys to get my car done. They have always done a fantastic job and they get the dog hair out as best they can, almost all of it! They never moan about doing it either. I am very surprised the the negative reviews I have read.

We wore told that we could pay by card and will take approx 40-45 mins. Went shopping came back after 30mins still hadn’t touched the car. We had to wait another 30 mins in this hot weather outside with cart full of shopping. By the looks of it, me and my partner wore the only one to be waiting this long. Later when we went to pay they said no card or go to the cash machine as if we hadn’t suffered enough and had to make an extra effort to pay. “What we do?” They told us then they gave us bank detail where we should be transferring them. Poor poor service!!
