Don't bother going here unless your car is already 100% spotlessly clean. They wanted to charge me £25 because 'it's dirty'. Err... yeah, that's why I'm bringing it to a car wash!!! Outside had only just been done 2 weeks ago, was hardly dirty at all and I'd spent 2hrs that morning hoovering it and cleaning the dash before I went because I've already experienced their appalling attitude. Yes, there was some dog hair left that my hoover wouldn't pick up but I explained that and told them a quick hoover was all I wanted. What they did do was of poor standard. Dreadful service.

You pay for the convenience of having your car washed while you do a shop in Tesco.

The cost is based on the size of car and I wouldn’t go for anything more than ‘Gold’ which is £25 inside and out for a Ford S-Max. Beware the unnecessary upsell.

It is worth showing them any flaps you want cleaned under (like a compartment in the boot), aka don’t assume it will be cleaned.

The payment machine seems ‘permanently broken’ aka cash-only. That’s a little bit rubbish for seemingly a company partnering with Tesco. Forget about getting Clubcard points as a result.

Quality-wise, they can really clean the carpets more deeply that I could ever hope to, and it takes about 20 minutes.

If you’re looking for a wax-sheen go elsewhere but cleaning the family car every few months it’s fine.

Interestingly I was asked if I was Greek because of the radio station selected … it was classic FM but seemed changed when I got back in.

Prices have risen and quality reduced. I could have jet washed my car in a petrol station for a few pounds for the same exterior result. Interior was okay but areas missed. Not intending to go back.

Sorry to say this place has gone downhill. Basic clean in and out is £20 but it's not worth it. Car is washed - a few dirty patches left but not polished. I'll be heading back to the car wash at Asda - cheaper and so much better.

Paid £20 for a gold wash car wasn't even clean after pointed out how dirty it was still and was met with a rude hostile response no apologies or the offer to fix it. Not sure why tesco allow such a poor service to take place in the car park?

Had my car washed here today for £25...TOTALLY a waste of money! They didn't even clean it properly! When I told the worker about it he was being really RUDE! Would definitely avoid!

Cloudio, Was very friendly and portrayed very good Customer Service. Engaged with me as customer he suggested a High shine finish which he stated it last quite a while. I went for it for a extra tenner. I said ill be back.

They broke the driver's car seat while cleaning, then said 'it's your word versus mine' when I asked if they would cover the cost of getting it fixed. I had to drive home with my knees up by my chest!
