Vanguard Hand Car Wash

For me a good first time experience but a good job may be down to how busy they are, and this morning no waiting/queuing. I went for the Number 2 option of clean wax outside and hoover and windows inside £15. Possibly some might say expensive, but 4 or 5 guys working on my car. Must say after lazily not cleaning car for a long time felt worth every penny and a £5 tip! Simpler outside clean is £8.

I like to wash my car when I can and love spending the time detailing it then waxing. But often there isn't the time. Around a 3 mile radius from me there must be 15 or so car washes and this one for sure is the best. They actually know what they are doing and have a good system. Often there are queues because they're the best around

Not impressed, car never cleaned properly, Birds mess left on the car. Another time soap left in the wing mirrors, spoke to the guy nicely asking him why the soap wasn’t rinsed off. He proceeded to blow it out of the gap and started speaking in another language in an aggressive manner. I explained to him that I’m paying for a service, He said it’s going to come off. I left with soap behind the wingmirror and he didn’t bother to check it. No shine on the tyres. They didn’t spray window cleaner on the mirrors either. Poor service. They rush the job and take the money and are not friendly. I don’t recommend this place unless you want a job ½ done and rude and unfriendly people who think it’s ok to take your money but get annoyed when you point things out.

Not bad, not bad.
£25 for a large van inside and out and they cleaned it very good. The only downside was that they didn’t want to clean the back of the van which for me was surprising because I never had this experience in another car wash.
Anyway had a good experience and the guys did their best.
Will visit again!
The other strange thing for me was that they start washing your car outside immediately when you arrive. My opinion is that they have to speak to the customer first and know what they want.

Hands down best car wash around. Been using them for about 5 years now .
Car comes out perfect, do a great job and no streaks or marks left.

I was using these guys on a regular basis, until today. I went got the car washed and when it got to thr drying stage i got out as always and told the staff kindly not to use the rubber blade thing to dry the car as I realised was leaving marks. The staff just straight up started to shout at me and say no I will use it you have to no other option. He also mentioned you don't have a brand new car. That's an insult no matter mew or old car my car is my Gem. Anyways long story short I had to still pay and drive home with a wet car.

Excellent car wash. But very expensive. Also they do not take credit card. Overall 4 marking
Please think about credit cards at least.

I've been going to these guys since the came to the area, 20 years ago... In 20 years, I've never been anywhere else, never will either... They use the best products, more superior than any other in and out
car wash, I have always had black cars, hard to keep clean, yet these guys get it right EVERY SIMGLE TIME.
The guys who work there are all amazing, hard working, genuine guys, they actually make sure you leave with a clean car... would recommend without hesitation, they are truly the best of the best.
