Terrible customer service! I asked for a quote which I received by text and then didn't hear from him again despite two phone calls (which went to 'user busy' after about four rings) and two texts from me to book the valet. He obviously doesn't need the work. I'm only leaving 1 star because this review doesn't accept no stars. I wonder if this review becomes public as the last one mysteriously went missing.
