Excellent Hand Car Wash

Was dog-sitting and the dog had an unfortunate accident in my car, with diarrhea all over the back seat. I did my best to get rid of the mess but there was a lingering smell so i took the car here for a deep clean. The attendants were aware of my predicament and told me they have a product to get rid of the smell which was £15 extra. They sprayed alot of freshener in my car to mask the smell. But, after paying total of £40, the smell still lingers...

I had my Audi washed here today, paid £25 and specifically told them not to use an acidic cleaner on my wheels as they’ve just been restored and powder coated. This has now caused damage to the paint on my callipers. The car was still dirty on return. On top of that I left the car with them with 210 miles on the fuel gauge and was left with 180, I can only assume due to my car being modified that they revved it up or took it for a spin up the road. I’d ask for a refund but due to others warning about physical threats I’d rather not. Avoid!!!!

Been using this car wash for years but last couple of visits I don't feel they have been offering the same eye to detail. Cost £30 to mini valet a small SUV. The outside was okay but they really made a poor job of the inside. The vacumm cleaner did not pick up a lot of the sand and dust on seats and carpets and the trims still looked dirty in places. We also had to go back as the rear door trims were missing. These had been knocked off by the jet cleaner and no one had noticed. Last time they forgot to put the mats back and we had to go back. Sadly the increasing costs and more importantly reduced service will mean a change of hand wash next time.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had my BMW washed here last week and felt like this place is not a car wash but more like a Gangsters den. There are some really shady and frankly intimidating goons that are working here. Do not think they have any sort of insurance like public liability etc. So if they were to damage your car you will not have any compensation.
The guys working here keep murmuring in their language all the while looking at you and laughing at you. Clearly cracking some jokes on you. Its especially unsafe for women to go here as the kind of ogling and staring would make them very nervous. While waiting there were women passing by and the kind of comments and laughs they were making was sickening. All in all, a very scary experience. Please stay away!

This carwash has more to offer than washing your car infact it's the best one around the South Coast 👌 as I am a valeter with 25years plus experience I have to say there work is outstanding more the 6 stars 🌟 the team of guys are very entertaining and very funny 😀 👏 it's a great experience they are amazing cleaners and take great pride in the work perlite keeping you happy and great spirit witch I have never seeing any were else have tried all the carwashes to see how the best value for money you pay for what you get and this the best around so far.if you want a good clean realable friendly service excellent carwash is the number one best around t the South Coast 👏 give the a try you will be very happy 😊 trust I have spoken to the owner of the car wash and he now has open a second carwash in Shirley High Street near lidl food store be interesting if its the same company its standards got to be good try it out

Amazing car wash they allwaise wash my car nicely and make me happy, and staff they are friendly (Bilel,Ali...) honesly i like to comback again .thank you guys.defenitley i will give 5 stars .

Great value at £10 for an external car wash/wax. Thorough job carried out on my car which was extremely dirty following a long journey to/from North of England on wet salted roads. Team worked efficiently to complete work in less than half an hour.

Excellent professional job. I’ve used lots of hand car washes, this is by far the best.
