Damaged car paintwork with one of their spray guns, which we noticed, they denied liability which we obviously couldn’t prove but offered to get a friend (who is a body work specialist) to repair the damage (at our cost). Took number, no one ever showed up despite two appointments being made. Appalling service, don’t use, and if you do make sure to check the body work before and after. Will never use again and will let all friends in area know not to too.

Visited this car wash for the second time this afternoon and again was very pleased with the service and the standard as to which my car was valeted, I am not sure why they have bad reviews if I am honest I know a few people who use this car wash regularly and have had no complaints ... thanks again guys! I'l be returning again soon :)

Value for money is great. £6 for basic level. Didn't do wax and polish as started on sign though.
