Waves Hand Car Wash Great Dunmow

Had car cleaned its got to have been the worst car wash I have ever had. Admittedly it started to rain whilst being cleaned but was moved under there cover. Once home and sun came out I had to redo the outside myself. They might as well used a dirty sponge and put the dirt on the car instead of taking off.

Having used these guys in the past I have, up until now, been happy to pay £19 for a SILVER clean to include external wash and internal hoover and wipe. My car is quite large and the silver has always cost £19.
Today however I was charged £30 much to my surprise for what looks like a quick wash of outside and hoover inside. All surfaces inside are still thick with dust and gear stick and lower surfaces still very dirty. I was with my parents (in their 70's) and my father needed to get home for his oxygen so I did not have time to make a fuss but I am extremely disappointed and will never use them again.

Tried to charge me £30 for inside and out. When I said that it was rather expensive he knocked it down to £24... I still thought it expensive but still thought I’d take a punt.
When I returned, the outside was smeary and the bottom where the wheel arches are we’re not even touched. The inside still had mud and milk splats from my children up the seats and the doors.
I pointed this out to him and I was told, whilst he wiped them down for me, that if i didn’t pay the more expensive price, I don’t get the 100% clean.
I had big footprints in the foot wells and they lost my cup holder base, which I later found.
To add insult to injury, when I handed over the cash, the guy made me ask for my £1 change.
Never again... I’m sticking to the 2eddies. Cheap and a proper job done.

£12 for a medium sized car is a rip off, usually pay £7 at my old car wash and it was a better job too. Lots of missed bits.

Exterior wash was fine, but the vacuuming of the interior was perfunctory and missed a lot of noticeable dirt, and they didn’t bother with the boot at all. Very disappointing, and expensive for the service received.

They did not clean my car to a decent standard at all. They charged extra for a wax that I didn't see happen. We were advised 40mins but gave them almost an hour and then waited outside for 10mins as they still weren't finished. They didn't bother to tell us that they had taken out the car seat with isofix but not bothered to re attach it. They even saw me put my 2 year old in it. Dangerous. Would not recommend to anyone.

Wanted to charge me £40 to clean a bmw 3 series… £40!!!!!!! Not sure if they just thought I was young and stupid. It was definitely 40 and not 14 also in case you were wondering.

Based on the size of my car the advertised price to clean it inside and out is £30. They wanted to charge me £40 because the car was dirty. Of course its dirty, that's why I'm bringing it to you. Absolute joke!
