The Whale Car Wash Ltd

They used to be good. I liked them because they would spend a bit of time ahead of using the tunnel and that made the different between them and all other automatic car washes around. I usually go for basic £7 wash . Today I decided to go for best option killer plus which is nearly double the price of the basic. Despite long list of extras the preparation before entering the tunnel was done under 1 min. Despite having extra wheel cleaning , they even didn't bother running jet wash inside rims . All together less than a min .it seems they don't care anymore. Then in the tunnel. the only extra i noticed was the polish wheels of faric which left my car covered with white water marks all over. I am so disappointed, because I used to drive from Brighton to go there. Now after paying £13 my car is dirty and spotty with white water marks all around and dirty rims which goes away with finger easily.

Just paid £11 to have the car washed, car wash smelt damp, dirt still on car which came off with a rub of my finger, white water marks all down the sides of car and rear won’t use again would do a better job myself by hand. Oh and car freshener smells of a man’s cheap body spray no thank you.

I've used this service a few times and never really had a complaint, but I paid for the killer plus service but never received the buff and polish and the extra wheel clean was pointless as my wheels are thick with dirt still. Bird poo remains in a couple of places and water marks all over, particularly bad at the rear. Not impressed at all.

Terrible!! I paid £75 for a Full Valet, they seemed to have done an ok job but for £75 you would expect that. The issue is that they jet washed the floor mats and put them back in still very wet which means the car then became damp inside and i now have mould on the roof and the seat belts. Being that the seat belts are beige in colour they are now ruined! they have small black dots of mould all over them, despite me cleaning numerous times with multiple products, i can't get the marks off. The car also stinks! They have caused more damaged than it was worth and i paid £75 for the pleasure!!! Awful service and the manager was persistent in telling how long he has being valeting cars and how good they are, which i struggle to believe as i would never return or suggest anyone goes there!

Friendly service with English as a first language for the Attendants, which was a welcome surprise. Decent standard car wash.

Lovely guys, engaging with my son through the wash, making him laugh and squeal. The wash was good, when the foam was applied to the car it smelled of bubblegum, unfortunately once the rollers started the smell became overpoweringly musty - like a load of laundry left in the washing machine for a week. Will still go back, but would hope the rollers get a good service and clean before then.

Great car wash, only used the outside wash, so I can't comment on the valeting service.

Fantastic service! Took my car here to be valeted and it came out like new! They did a great job on cleaning, vacuuming and restoring the interior as well as cleaning the outside. Really helpful and courteous staff. Will definitely use again in future.
