Waves Hand Car Wash Colchester 2

I’ve used this car wash before and it’s hit and miss. The people have now changed and it’s worse. I was conned into paying £30 for exterior and interior clean plus polish and wax. They did all this in about 25 mins?? Car was still dirty when I got home, and water poured out of wing mirrors when I drove off leaving the car doors stained and needing a polish again. I thought for this price they would have paid extra attention to these details. I’m pretty sure my £30 went straight in their pockets. **** RIP OFF ***** AVOID

Tried this car wash for the first time on Wednesday. One of the staff broke my bonnet grill. I was told that the manager would call on Thursday to remedy the problem but so far no call. Not a satisfactory service.

I have always used this location to get an interior and exterior clean if my car. Today was the first time I have been back since lockdown and was surprised to see that the cost of an exterior and interior wax, clean and polish had risen from £18 to £40 - I was shocked by this but the car needed doing urgently so I bit the bullet, hoping that the service would justify the increase. However, when I returned the car was finished but to the same standard as when I paid £18 ! I shan't be returning !

The staff very friendly and they don great car clean

Please ensure you are there in person while they clean your car and you will get a good service. Everytime I have gone for a quick shop around Tesco, the job has been completed too quicky on my return and does not appear alot of effort has been put in to it.

Great value £24 inside and out. Very professionally done and my car was very dirty. Definitely recommended.
