Hand Car Wash West Molesey

Booked a valet for £80, gave them overnight to do it. When i picked up the car all the seat tracks were dirty as was the compartment for the spare wheel. The arm rest compartment hadn’t been opened, there was still a chocolate wrapper in there from the previous owner. Worst of all the seats were soaking. After complaining I found out they advertise a valet but do it with a bucket and sponge. The car never dried out, they told me to leave the engines and heating on. I left all the windows open as much as I could for days, but now it smells because it was so wet for so long. I complained and the man called me silly on the phone whilst saying I should have known to call him and not complain to his staff on the day. Very unprofessional and very poor service. Avoid!

Worst service ever! It took them 40 minutes to wash a car. Some of this time they spent talking to as far as I understood their boss. If only it was cleaned properly! I asked a dry cloth to clean windows myself. Cup holder remained not cleaned. Sorry but those people looked like slowliest walking dead in the world.
Never again!

I chose a mini valet and 4 guys thoroughly washed, cleaned and polished my car inside and out and vacuumed it. It was pretty dirty when I went in and after they had finished, it really was sparkling. I don’t think my car has ever been so clean. Such excellent value for money!

Very frustrating when a business doesn’t answer a call. So, according to the Facebook page AND google they’re open. When one takes the trouble to drive there. CLOSED. keep your information up to date

Recent return to their company to find their prices are the dearest in the area and I’m presently stuck in what can only be called a sales cue, all the cars being cleaned are from the sales lot on the same building and they are doing them first, well I’m blocked in by them or I’d have left. Annoying.

Hi. Went today and by a mile they are the best car wash around.Nice people and a great job.The car wash at Walton Bridge on the Shepperton side is a complete rip off and staff very rude.

MPV in and out clean. Advertised as £19.
On completion the guy said £25. I asked where that price was advertised.
I was advised that “your car was dirty, so we charge more”. My car was dirty, but not excessive.
Lastly, the change he gave included a Australian $1.
Cleaning was OK. Some bits inside covered and not cleaned.
