LCW Luigi's Car Wash

They didn't clean my car properly after paying alot of money for it to be cleaned I complained to the owner Luigi Ferati he basically said sorry and did nothing. Absolutely waste of time and money I will never take my cars there. Please see photos I also have emails as proof of communication with Luigi.

I cant suggest anyone this machine wash..bcos it scratched my whole car ..i regret i tried it today..you can see the picture..same type of scratches on the whole body...plz ..whoever is reading this ..dont go for machine..especially if you got new vehicle

This is my regular car wash but it has since become a drive through machine washing instead of a hand-wash. Was hesitatant at first but seems to do a good job. The cost for an outside and inside clean is £25 for me or £35 for ceramic coating.....like that it's open late. Friendly service I take all my cars here.

I have been using this Car Wash for many years and have never had any problems, the owner always comes and says hello, and the staff do a very good job, I will be going there again today 👍

Avoid at all cost, this new cheap way of saving cost, is not the way forward of automated car wash, better if using BP station wash where you will have proper insurance in place if any damaged caused, this Luigi firm is the worst and rude car wash don’t use scratched my whole car up and damaged my wing mirror avoid

If you love your car better avoid it. After watching sophisticated washing videos on their website, I took my 50K car for cleaning. I was asked to handover the car which I was not comfortable during current Covid situation but I did. The wash was completed in matter minutes may be less than 7 minutes. When the car was coming out I noticed that front number plate was damaged. I can understand that minor damages do happen but the way they treated me as not at all acceptable. I showed them that the number plate is damaged. They did not even make an effort to see the vehicle at least. In a extremely rude laungua they told me that it's not their fault and number plate (alluminium) was not properly fitted by technicians. I have been in automated car washes hundreds of time and it never happened. AVOID THESE RUDE PEOPLE.
