This was the worst 'clean' ever, and I was over charged!
I went to Chigwell Hand Car Wash because the Tesco Hand Car Wash was shut for refurbishment.
My car was dirty because I had been taking soil and hardcore to the tip. At Tesco, I'd taken my car in a similar state on several occasions, and they had never asked for extra money.
Here, they charged £18 instead of £15 because of the mess.
But when I got home I found they hadn't even done a proper job and it was still dirty- they had only vacuumed inside the car and not cleaned the mud off the seats or headrests, the footwell was still muddy, the interior plastics were still muddy, the list goes on.
I will never be going back!

Very rushed, missed lots of spots, the wheels looked like they were not cleaned by hand, only the jet washer. For £8, i felt ripped off. This place was OK but never going back.

The quality of the washing is good; there are enough staff to do it quickly but it's pricey compared to Stratford where I used to live

Good enough but a bit expensive (£22 for a car, in and out). Having read previous complaints about the time they spend cleaning your car, to be fair I think it's just adequate if you consider it's a group effort: after cleaning the outside a team of 5 people cleans the inside in no time.

Very good indeed. A team effort and run like clockwork. No wonder there's always a stream of cars. Friendly service too. Highly recommended.

So happy that these guys are just around the corner from me...the car has built up a lot of dirt etc. since the start and end to lockdown.
This is a great car wash and the staff are friendly, fast and take care when cleaning inside and outside of your vehicle. They also pay attention to detail, which is a good attribute when it comes to wheels and interior.
It’s my third visit and will be returning again as the service has been top quality.
Highly recommended!

The guys there were in and out in 15 minutes - how can you possibly clean a car thoroughly inside and out in that time frame?!
Very disappointing considering I paid the extortionate fee of £22 for a polo!!
Would not recommend unless you're looking for a rip off!
