IMO Car Wash

Good place to go if you just need a quick wash, I usually get the tripple wax (£10 at the time of this review) , gives the outside of the car a nice shine. If its a hot day it tends to leave soap spots on the glass in some areas though. Not used the valet service I go somewhere else for this due to this places location being a bit away from everything.

Used this car wash as I normally do and went for the pro plus wash at £11 and a mini valet at £13. The price the new guy quoted was £25? +1 When i asked one of the regulara who know me, the answer was it "from" it could be £35 or it could be £50? That answer dictates it can be anything they want it to be... An extra pound is not going to break the bank, but being open and transparent is key, my last visit.

Visited this car wash today to get my car cleaned, a short man was extremely rude from the start. I kindly asked the man to explain what the different washes were, he then asked me “do you speak English you can’t read did you go school?” DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I've used this car wash many times and usually it's ok, today's wash (if you can call it that was shocking) first of all I had paid for the ultra HD wash for 12quid as I always do, they took my money then gave me the triple foam wash Instead, when I complained the guy asked me to prove it, long story short I got the difference back but wasn't what I had asked for. I was willing to let it go as these things happen.

As the car wash was busy I was late meeting someone, which wasn't an issue, when I pulled up I apologised for being late and explained I was getting my car cleaned, my friend laughed and said I thought you was getting your car cleaned and pointed to the bonnet which was still dirty. By this point I had been given the wrong wash and my car was still dirty, they could have at least tried to clean it. I won't be rushing back in a hurry.

Hopefully this was a one off, just make sure you get what you pay for and give the car a quick visual so it's actually clean.

It's worth the price.
