Ryan's Hand Car Wash

Been getting cars washed here for a few years. They’re always very thorough, and out of probably about 15 car washes I have only once left thinking they did a rushed and under par job. Price is comparable with other similar places in Chelmsford. Will definitely keep using this place and would recommend it.

I was passing so thought I'd use them.
Never again. The lady taking my £15 said to me , this is as good as its going to get today!!. The roof hadn't been washed in the middle and bits were missed all over. I ended up cleaning again myself.

I've been a customer for a while and while the service has been acceptable there have always been areas that have been missed. This weekend I finally had enough because after the dust storms we have had I would expect that it's quite easy to see orange dirt in amongst the hinges. I won't be returning any longer.

Kuga exterior, untouched for 6mths, jet-washed, soaped, jet-washed, wheels sparkly again, dried and shiny all over. All for £15. Now for the inside!

Car wash was great. However, I left my supermarket trolley £1 in the change compartment. It disappeared. Pity. I do that all the time and the coin never disappears. Back to my regular provider. Trust is important, as we never know what else we've misplaced in our cars.

25 quid to have car cleaned and vacuumed. Then they want £10 extra because there is dog hair in the boot. Certainly won't be using again

All I can say is that they where quick to get my van washed. I payed 20 pounds and the front of my van was brilliant how ever the back was not even washed and half the sides there was bits missed and wheel arch where not done and half the wheels still had mud on them

I was a little hesitant after reading all the one star reviews, but they did a great job. I had a mini valet for £30. Looks great inside and out. Managed to get all the crumbs out from two long road trips with three girls :) Maybe they’ve got better employees since or maybe I was lucky, either way, five stars from me.
