Docklands Hand Car Wash

I used this car wash as its closest to my house, unfortunately that's would be the last time I'll use it. Absolutely rubbish service they rush to get as many cars was as possible thus leaving dirty spots, streaks on body and windows. They use minimal washing up detergent and window cleaners.

Really disappointed with the service

Just look at the streak left behind. I always have to to a second round myself.

Avoid this place at all cost! They are allergic to their own work. They did not clean my car properly at all. They rush a lot. They failed to clean my windows. There didn't even touch the stains on the wheel trims which amazes me how anyone could have missed it. The roof of the car still was still dirty. I had to explain to them many times that the left rear mirror needed drying as I could not see through it. Also if I didn't tell the five thousand times that there were oil messed on the windows I don't think the would have cleaned it properly....which the didn't. The people there can't even speak english properly failing at communications and customer service standards.
I am emotionally scarred for life now! I now just gonna wash my car myself now to avoid these people and so should you! If I knew I was gonna be ripped six pound it would have been better if I gave that many to charity instead.
I would have have given this review minus all the stars in the universe if it wasn't the fact google does not let me select that.

I would not recommend this car wash. They rushed when soaping the car up I was literally only there for about 5 minutes whilst they cleaned the outside of the car. They then hoovered the car in the space of 2 minutes and the job was terrible. Still sand in the back of car and marks on the leather seats that are easily wiped down. Streaks on exterior of car and windows. Real bad job and owner asked me not to return after he gave me £6 of my £13 money back. I will definitely not be going back there I should of gone to my regulars at Miami Car wash bow.

I have been going to this car wash for some time, due to them being close to me (convenience). They are very fast however the end result is totally diabolical, I was shocked to see how my car looked and that was the same condition i took my car in the first place, infact the outside of my car was worse then what it was. Dont waste your money with a place like this they maybe fast but don't let them fool you, your car will not be clean. If you all are looking for a good car wash worth the wait and worth your money then my new place is MIAMI CAR E3 4EA is only down the road. Miami car wash takes there time and has an eye for detail...

Do not go there for a car wash its absolutely a trash service completely rushed and disgraceful. Have a look at the images this is not called washing its a waste of money £8 im soo infuriated now i have to go home and wash it again myself after seeing the results 🤦

They provide a quick service, however there is no foam soap and the sponges they use are the same used on all of the cars with a very weak watery shampoo. There are dried water marks on the car after I inspected when I got back. They are OK if you need a quick clean done, I wouldn't recommend for any high class vehicles.

Just got my car cleaned and the workers looked like they were forced to be worked, told them 3/4 times places they missed and started arguing sayings because i didn’t clean it after a while? Not being rude or anything but It’s your job to clean no? I touched the car and showed the guy the dust then he cleaned it. Avoid this place. Charging bloody £15 for in and out and can’t even get the job done properly.

The wash was rushed, didn't do a great job either unfortunately. Didn't dry the car properly so had streaks everywhere, wheels still had a lot of dirt as well. Customer Service was also a negative, didn't communicate with us very well, mumbling instructions etc
