IMO Car Wash

Paid £25 to clean the car inside and outside. First off when they used the pressure washer they knocked off a wheel cap. Second the same pressure wash broke one of my rear bumper splitters they didn’t even apologise not care the slightest. Next when they said they finished cleaning the car all four wheels were still dirty and black. I noticed they didn’t even take a second to clean them, I had to tell the guy to wash them but he proceeded not to so I did it myself. The rear diffuser and side skirts all had dust and dirt still on them. The inside of the car did a quick hoover. The inside still had dust everywhere. They moved my seat position they shouldn’t have done that. Very poor and lazy workmen. Will never go here again. Would give 0 stars

Quick and friendly service.
Lost 1 star as the wheel rims always seem to be a little dirty after the wash.
Would recommend using their app.

By all accounts, this is the most comprehensive and fastest wash available in the area. We take our child here for the experience and conveniently it lasts long enough to sing along with the Car Wash Song during it.

Been using this car wash for years and always very happy. Very friendly and always give you a warm welcome. A special mention to Besim for helping me download the app and make sure I collect my loyalty points. Highly recommend.

Decided to treat my car and give it a wash. Came and paid for their "Ultra HD package" which included some kind of wax. The gentleman was nice, quick to take the payment and told me to go inside my car, did so, drove ahead and immediately as I went on the automatic rail - I noticed my steering wheel going on a side, but didn`t give it much attention - thought who ever was there they must notice is something is not right. All the way in the tunnel, I feel like my car was pulled and stretched - again, nobody said anything so I kept sitting in the car quietly, at the last step I noticed my car was dangerously approching the wall, instead of going forward, so I had to turn the steering wheel in the opposite way, to then find out that it was actually too late and it scratched my front passenger wing. Went back to the guys, showed the damage, they said it`s impossible, had a look at the camera and the gentleman suspiciously didn`t see anything strange on the cameras, my handbrake was down, confirmed with the camera footage The guys there wouldn`t want to take any little drop of blame, referred me to their HQ - their phone number was invalid, they referred me to their website - filled out a contact form on the same day and no response in 2 months, so I am guessing they don`t care or don`t want to look into this, or both.
I am obviously not going to use this car wash again. If you want a cheap, quick and not necessarily a proper car wash - this is your place, but be ready that they won`t take any responsability for any damage that they do while they carelessly clean your car. The other bad reviews here are a proof that I am not the only one.

In the meantime - I have spent money from my own pocket to fix it as it looked horrible, which I doubt they will take responsability for this, at least.

I've used IMO car washes several times and have generally been happy with the result: It's not the same as hand cleaned but decent enough especially for how quick it is. Yesterday, we drove in with a dirty car and it came out even dirtier, see pictures. If the machine isn't working then they just shouldn't let it run. It stopped 3 times while we were in there and I guess that is related to the car looking worse than before.

Been using them for years and years . Back of the car completely untouched. When I asked them to run it through again the munchkin man started yelling at us saying we were robbing him. Then when I stayed to call his HQ he started pushing us out of the way. Horrible little man. Years of wasted money and tips on them.

I just got my car washed. I used voucher for Triple foam but did not receive triple foam service. Machine stopped thrice during car wash which was scary and car was not properly cleaned in the end with stains left on body and front/back screen. Highly disappointed today
