IMO Car Wash

REALLY Good, left my car with a nice shine.
Personally IMO Car Wash is the best car wash I've seen so far.

I live far away from most of the IMO Car Wash sites. So for me it's not worth the 1hr drive.

I have been coming to this place for many years now but will not be coming back. Price increases are eye watering and the new manager is incredibly rude (as are all the unprofessional handwritten notes he slapped over the existing signs, full of exclamation marks). Just shouting orders, yanking my door open to exclaim the car was too dirty inside to clean. I was wondering why it was so quiet as there are usually lots of cars being cleaned but understand now. Avoid as the plague!!

Was a bit concerned to take up the 12 wash offer after reading the reviews. However, gave it a try and its nice and smooth. It’s NOT a hand wash, so don’t expect a finish like one. Its an automatic drive thru wash, best for people with limited time and who need a basic yet nice and clean triple foam wash. It does need a bit of a wipe immediately after as not all the water is dried. Upgrades cannot be purchased once you’ve bought a plan, so choose in advance.

Get a monthly voucher through my insurance and am pleased with the service at imo. Its a drive through car wash that does a good job, usually get the triple wash. Would recommend to anyone

They changed the washing brushes distance to maximum to save on maintenance of the car wash and the results are not acceptable.
The water smell was very bad and that is the fungal infection in water and can cause the mold growing afterwards.
Avoid this car wash.

I asked for mini valet price of £25 , I went for small shoping and came back after 30 minutes as I was told by one of staff, I returned to my car but my car was not working because of flat battery ,the staff told me because of open doors while cleaning battery went flat lucky me it was a nice guy with battery jump booster and helped me , but after my car started it was serious engine sign on dashboard appeared , now I booked a mechanic to check what happened to my car when I wasn’t around that 30 minutes, but about cleaning I found they just small vacuum around my car and nothing else and charged me for 25 pounds , yet I am heading to garage to check malfunction engine sign on my car dashboard , please never leave your car with this people never trust them on interior cleaning deals at any level , the staff just wanted cash payment he refused card payment ,

Machine chews you up until your shiny and spits you out ☺️ interior not so much… was as if untouched. Carpets were OK. Better off doing it yourself at a self-service is my recommendation.

I have come to this car wash 3 times and here is my review:
1st time - got the exterior cleaned and the basic £10 wash. My car came out looking great so I could not fault the service. They also validate your parking ticket for free parking within 45mins.
2nd time - got the full valet service and outside clean for £33 - the outside was cleaned but the additional valet did not seem to clean all of the marks on my rims and exterior - the inside smelled lovely and looked like it was a good job. However, further inspection the front was wet/damp and not dried correctly. This resulted in mold growing on the inside of my car a few weeks later.
3rd time - I got the valet again and you can clearly see that the mold stains were still on the seats as if they didn't even bother to clean it. Once again the floor was wet resulting in the damp smell retuning the following day. They also tried to charge me an extra £1 when I picked the lower price service. When I contested, he said oh we gave you the upper clean, but don't worry we will take the quid off! They should listen to what a customer wants and not say we were given an additional service which was not asked for. I will not be returning again as they have now damaged my car and their reputation on service. I will be making a complain upwards.
