Personally IMO Car Wash is the best car wash I've seen so far.
I live far away from most of the IMO Car Wash sites. So for me it's not worth the 1hr drive.
The staff at the entrance is helpful.
Was a bit concerned to take up the 12 wash offer after reading the reviews. However, gave it a try and its nice and smooth. It’s NOT a hand wash, so don’t expect a finish like one. Its an automatic drive thru wash, best for people with limited time and who need a basic yet nice and clean triple foam wash. It does need a bit of a wipe immediately after as not all the water is dried. Upgrades cannot be purchased once you’ve bought a plan, so choose in advance.
The water smell was very bad and that is the fungal infection in water and can cause the mold growing afterwards.
Avoid this car wash.
1st time - got the exterior cleaned and the basic £10 wash. My car came out looking great so I could not fault the service. They also validate your parking ticket for free parking within 45mins.
2nd time - got the full valet service and outside clean for £33 - the outside was cleaned but the additional valet did not seem to clean all of the marks on my rims and exterior - the inside smelled lovely and looked like it was a good job. However, further inspection the front was wet/damp and not dried correctly. This resulted in mold growing on the inside of my car a few weeks later.
3rd time - I got the valet again and you can clearly see that the mold stains were still on the seats as if they didn't even bother to clean it. Once again the floor was wet resulting in the damp smell retuning the following day. They also tried to charge me an extra £1 when I picked the lower price service. When I contested, he said oh we gave you the upper clean, but don't worry we will take the quid off! They should listen to what a customer wants and not say we were given an additional service which was not asked for. I will not be returning again as they have now damaged my car and their reputation on service. I will be making a complain upwards.
