Premier Car Wash & Valeting

Just awful.. no communication whatsoever and asked for £40 platinum service which includes everything as you can see online even stain removal from seats. Didn’t receive any of this and you can tell the whole job was just done as quickly as possible.. careless lazy job. Don’t know what they’re using to clean but there is a horrible greasy residue left everywhere even days after it’s disgusting. There are thick patches of it in some places where it clearly hasn’t been wiped properly. They didn’t even bother to vacuum the boot even tho this is included in the platinum service. and everywhere they did was just a rubbish job. Also removed new Jelly bean air freshener that was hanging up and thrown it away! Not good Don’t go here

I've read the Google reviews and wonder if its the same place! I took my sons car to these guys today and was welcomed warmly whilst we viewed the terrible state of the car (had been left open to the elements and the whole interior had gone mouldy) and agreed a full valet. The owner even gave me a lift home and collected me later in the day when the car was finished.

The standard of the work was absolutely superb and the car looked and smelled brand new!

I can't praise the level of service and the quality of the job highly enough and have already booked in both my own car and my wife's for a valet.

Been using this car wash for over 8 years. Very happy with result. They work very hard and fast. Will not go to any other car wash. I also have a loyalty card as get 10th car wash free.

Not a good car wash at all, still had dirt around the car and lots of water marks. Done a very rushed job despite me being the only customer at the time.

Lost my keys after moving the car and didn’t hoover the inside despite asking them repeatedly. Useless had to come home and clean it myself anyway. Don’t waste your money or time.

Paid £25 for a sliver service. Missed quite a lot of areas in my car, which is disappointing at this price level.

But the main issue was the attempted theft of 2x £5 from my centre consul.

I had put the 2x £5 deep in the centre consul, when I got into my car they had gone. I spoke to who I assumed was the manager/ owner who asked if I was sure I had left the money in my car. Then we both checked the car to find the "lost"
Cash.

After speaking with the guy who had vacuumed my car in a different language, they checked the vacuum. And what a surprise, there was the cash. Thing is, they hadn't vacuumed the centre consul. They had no reason the be in there whatsoever. And who vacuums up 2x £5 notes and doesn't realise. Blatant attempt to steal money from my car.

The quality of the wash, I can live with. But the attempted theft is another thing.

Personally, I would steer clear of this place. there are much better car wash facilities who do a 1000% better job (car wash at leamington rugby club for example)

If you do decide use this place, remove EVERYTHING of value.

It's ok. Car was clean in and out. Maybe not sparkling clean but good enough for me 🙂 there is options for bank transfer payment, for me big advantage!

I never bother with negative feedback usually but this was the worst hand car wash I’ve ever used! £20 silver wash with inside hoovered and interior clean and this was the standard, they never even hoovered the boot. Never again!!!
