Good service. I left my car with them and went to mooch around the garden centre. When I returned it was lovely and clean, vacuumed inside, dashboard wiped, windows clean. I don't go to Polhill very often but would use them again. Definitely better than the place I have been using.

Cleaned the car very well, but the inside was rushed a little I feel leaving smears on the inside windscreen.

Went to car wash for a gold service for my car (£15) and worker said "can't do gold cause your car is too dirty" amd wanted to charge a mini service (£20). Nowhere states that if your car is too dirty you can't have the service you want. Think this is disgusting.

Took my car for an exterior valet today. Staff friendly and car was like new. Fab service. Thanks guys.

I asked for £20 mini valet, they charged me £30… which i accepted as my car had not been cleaned in a while. But when i picked up the car there were smear marks all over the windows, they had not vacuumed between the seats and there was still dirt on my dash. Could have done a better job myself and saved the money
