Platinum Carwash & Valeting

After trying lots of options in Leamington including self service jet washes, I found this place to be the best. I was extremely sceptical of letting people wash my new C Class, but this place really do a great job for the price and speed of service. Its the only place where I can trust my cars paintwork to be taken car of. Very friendly people aswell.

Really good wash, very well priced and the guys seem to take a real care over their work. Spent extra time sorting out an issue on my bonnet rather than just churning me through the system. Will definitely be returning!

Do not use. They broke a piece off my car, denied it was their responsibility, despite the jet wash pressure clearly at fault then got aggressive when I seemed surprised that they still expected me to pay. The team who clean the cars are fine, but the “management” are disgraceful.

Very good car washing place. Job is done thoroughly. Staff takes a lot of care. Price is a little more for the area than other valeters. However it is worth the extra price because of the quality. Car comes out gleaming

I decided to spend extra on the £80 full valet thinking it would be a thorough and careful job. I do have a deep clean but they left chemical damage on the inside as well as a nasty scrape on my back window. The car was also still soaking wet on the inside when I went to collect it.

Went for the first time today, always discouraged slightly because of the price. But I can honestly say it's worth it. Car was the best it's been in a very long time and was a vastly better result than other hand car washes I have used. Boss & staff were friendly and I will be returning.

This place used to be good but over the last couple of year has gone down hill, which I think is a result of the staff not caring.
Last few time’s I have been here the car has come not cleaned properly. They miss loads, smears, windscreens still covered in flies etc.
Avoid this place.

Our first and last experience at Platinum Car Wash.

The man who dealt with us was unfriendly and rude - I was surprised as this place had such good reviews! I wanted an inside and out plus a wash and wax and hand polish which was £35 and was told to come back in half an hour. I came back, inspected the car and it was still dirty, they'd missed so much on the car I had to go into the office and tell them. The rude man demanded I pay him the £35 before I drive the car back in for it to be cleaned again. They went over my car with a cloth and missed all the same bits - and as their English was not very good and were raising their voices in another language, I pointed to where they'd missed so they understood but they claimed they 'couldn't see' what I was pointing at. As there were STILL obvious bits missed - the man said 'you go back home - you clean. Job is finished'. I don't think they even hand polished it. The attitude of this particular man was disgusting. I will not be coming here again.
