Porchester Hand Car Wash

Arrived just before they closed but they still took their time washing my car and even went past their closing time ensuring the car was properly cleaned. Great attention to detail for even the basic wash (wash and dry) and better than any other car washes I have experienced in the area. It appears the owner checks every single car before it leaves ensuring no detail is missed. He also has a very personable character and ensures all the customers are being looked after. Very good value for money for the service and quality you receive

These guys will always give you a 5star service with 1star prices. Fantastic standard and quick with it. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best car wash I’ve been to in Nottingham. Popped down today got a platinum service £25 outside & in. Car looks stunning, they made sure to get rid of every mark! Found over £10 in spare change inside the car seats & even gave it back to me! Never seen my car so clean, glad to of found them & I’ll definitely be going back again. Highly reccomend!

Just paid £17 for a valet and had to come home and do myself. £17 basically for a quick wash and they forgot to dry so water marks everywhere and as far as interior goes they hovered my mats 👍👍😩😩terrible

Never been here before so thought I would give it a try as it's on my way home. However they seem to charge by looking and how they feel at the time I'm guessing as I asked the guy how much it is for a mini valet, he called another guy over and he just came out with £20 (bare in mind I have a clio and I've always kept the inside quite clean - no food and drink is allowed in the car) I've always paid £10 for a mini valet everywhere else (he just said not here...), I know everyone is jumping on the price increase bandwagon but for it to have doubled in a year I just can't accept that, I'm just glad I asked before they did anything, that'll teach me to try something new!

Needed to give my new car a wash and due to the cold weather I decided to use this hand car wash. Bad decision, there was one guy washing the exterior of 5 cars (attempting to do them all at once) and then I spent my evening wiping residue of every shiny part of the car. The wash was reasonably priced but I will not use this car wash again.

I was the only customer at the time and had 4 workers cleaning my car at once.
When i got home and looked at it properly they had missed loads and ended up doing the inside myself.
For £20 i should not need to be cleaning the car myself after they have.
Wont be returning.

I have been using this car wash for over 10 years. Slowly standards have dropped, the last 3-4 times i have had to pull them on large sections of both mine & my wifes car that have been missed and general bad washing. Today was the final straw in over charging me, even after saying i didn't pay that last week & not to mention they had done an absolute shocking job. I will not be returning nor will i be recommending them as i have done for years.
