Car Park Valeting Hand Car Wash

I've used this car wash for years, quality has gradually reduced the last year or two and prices have gone up significantly. Today is the last time I will use them as they charged £35 for a valet and polish... when I've looked the car over they haven't even washed it properly let alone put any polish to it! When I arrived they were quiet and said it would be 30 mins. I came back after an hour and they were very busy and my car wasnt finished... I didn't pressure them to finish but i guess they thought they would simply hand it back unfinished

Slow, disorganized, expensive and not very good.
Used this place for the first time the other day and was quite shocked at the way they work.
They seem to spray and wash the cars as soon as they drive in then it's a long wait for ANYTHING else to happen like drying off and wiping down. It felt like this was a way of making sure you couldn't just leave after waiting 30mins or so because they had started already.
The job was poor too. I had an inside out and the kids had spilt drips of milkshake on the leather seats, they hoovered them but hadn't wiped them so the milkshake remains. The carpets in the back were the same they had something crusty on them that would of came off with something rigid like like a hoover nossle.
The whole job felt a lot like when you ask the kids to wash up and they just rinse and say they are done and £18 for the experience is very expensive especially when you provide a job like this carwash does.

Had our car cleaned on the outside and inside and have scratched the interior centre console!! £20!!! Will not use again terrible

Always do a great job no matter what service I have they take just a few minutes longer rather than rushing , to make sure the job is done properly.

I take me van here once a month weather it needs it or not and the guys always do a good job for my £25 worth

I took my 7yr old (carefully owned since brand new) Fiat 500 to have my seats valet (£7 per seat x 4 seats as they were looking a bit grubby) plus £25 wash & wax. Paid a total of £50 in all (maybe they discounted because I work for the NHS 🤷🏼‍♀️ ) Anyway….. seats have now dried out and look an absolute mess. I’ll be popping back there tomorrow evening after I’ve finished another shift to show them their finished results and make a complaint.

I paid £30 was told Athan would be a brilliant job. I'm so angryTh I could have done a better job myself. RIP of. I def won't use them ever again

Left water marks all over the car, wasn't going to hover the boot because I had a box in there until I took it and told them to, wheels still had break dust on them, dust on the front dash, but did a good just hovering the seats and floor
