Wheels not cleaned properly, around the boot not wiped and still filthy. Mentioned this to staff after buying a gold valet and they asked for extra to do this! Will be sticking with pristine valeting in denham!

Please do not use this company if you have high end alloys, they basically use acid and it has destroyed mine. Complained and was told that they have a waiver which is detailed at each car wash and they are not liable. You have been warned!!!! Also they told me they only used water on it, head office said something else so someone is lying!!!!

On 8th December I made the mistake of not scouring my vehicle for damage before driving away from Waves car wash at Tesco in Amersham. I was in a rush to collect my kids from school but in all honesty I wouldn't have checked if I'd had time because who does that? Where would you start? Do you photograph your car to prove state of condition when you drop ot off at a car wash? No-one does. But this car wash broke the door release on my 2-door car and instead of being honest they waited for me to drive away so they could deny it.
I guess I could have broken it myself and tried to frame my local car wash but I don't have any reason to do that. I can afford to pay to fix my mistakes. If you want to trust a car wash with your property I would advise against these guys. A disappointing lack of integrity from a business that is reliant on trust.
