All ways an excellent service here. Includes an air freshener. And loyalty card. Always polite. Can sometimes be a bit busy. But that’s a good sign. Never had an issue here.

Used to live opposite this dump,the workers there were either always stoned or drunk or both,they seemed to think that because they ran around shouting their heads off all the time that that somehow impressed the locals into thinking that they were really,really busy and working like Trojans,when in fact they were just off their faces! Recently,they moved into the flat above the shop next door, they burnt that down,The police have been there numerous times re immigration, this place is so sus it needs shutting down!

It states on their price list that it’s £10 for a standard car to wash & clean the outside only. However when it came to paying them, one of the guys told my partner that my car was an MPV , 7 seater so it was £15. My car is a 5 seater Vauxhall Meriva…it is in fact a standard car. Had my children not been in the car at the time, I would have refused to pay the £15. I didn’t want my children witnessing an argument so told my partner to just pay them. They cleaned the car to a very poor standard, a child would have cleaned it better. They didn’t bother cleaning the wheels or side skirts at all so was completely pointless. So I was over charged by deceitful workers who were rubbish at doing their job. Appalling service, intimidating men and rip off merchants. Lesson learnt, I will never be going back. Avoid at all costs!!!
I would like to add - after reading other reviews for this place, you can see what type of company this is judging by their replies to their previous customers. The comments are abusive and confrontational to the reviews which tells you all that you need to know!
* my reply to your comment….change your price list if your prices have increased. You can’t wash peoples cars (try to!) and then charge what you feel like. Your customers should be made fully aware of your prices before, hence the whole point of a price list. If you can’t take feedback from your customers for a poor job, then you shouldn’t be in business. You should be taking peoples comments on board, then improving your service and work. It seems with you, your customers are always wrong, and your always right! But I suppose this shows in your rated stars…

I am disappointed. I used this service for external an internal cleaning. Despite the fact it states £20 - they charged £30. They said my car was very dirty - which it was not as I clean it every few weeks. Despite this supposed extra good clean, they were still rubbish deposits.
I used this service few months ago and was disappointed with this service against the last.

Absolute worst car wash ever - not only do they not clean the car properly (literally miss big parts of the bodywork), they also dont wash their cloths well and have scratched my car in several places.
My 6 year old could and would do a much better job...
Avoid - they really are bad

Save your money and go elsewhere. They clearly have no interest in having satisfied customers. I gave them 2 chances to get the job right and twice they just gave me excuses. Apparently having a clean boot space is only on the valet service and costs more then they couldn’t get the wheels clean as it was too hard to remove (I wiped the dirt off with my hand and they re-cleaned them still not actually clean). Smears on all the windows, dirty wheels, debris in the boot and I don’t think they wiped the middle of the roof at all.

Extremely poor service. Very little attention to detail with the alloys completely dirty and unwashed. I returned back to have them cleaned and they refused to clean. Do not use this cheap car wash service. There are better places in the local area.

Rubbish service. Workers don’t know how to speak to the customers. Don’t come here if you love you vehicle. Cowboys running this place. Customer service is zero. I do t care how much they charge but I was looking for good service for the price. They asked me for £35.00 to wash my van from inside and outside but refused to clean the wheels and started screaming in some foreign language. Not a friendly place. Will never you this place again. Called their manager and boss even they didn’t take this seriously. Will never let my female friends go to these kind of places on their own
