IMO Car Wash

Quick automated car wash.
Ordered mini valet in addition to an outside wash. Was charged £17 instead of £15 stated on a banner for some reason.
Inside was cleaned well, except the boot. Worth checking the work before leaving.

Triple foam wash but they dont do wheels if you use a car insurance voucher. If you pay for the same wash without using the voucher they do the wheels which isn't really fair

Arriving I had no idea what to do friendly guy explained the whole process. The drag through washnwax then back round for the interior. Very pleased with the result. Gleaming finish for £20 . Will return

Had a coupon for wash. Instantly they had face on and quoted me £16.50 for just inside. Didn't jet wash tyres bad service. Not going again

The hybrid service of hand-cleaning and going through the auto-carwash is the best treatment for your car, I use often. There are several grades you can choose from and even the basic wash will do a great job. Occasionally the premises is out of service, which is disappointing, or so busy that knuckleheads are tailgating in the street (this country!), but overall a really decent place for your car.

These guys are the best. After going to 6 petrol stations to find a hoover for vacuum sealed bags and having no luck they were able to help. The petrol stations were all unhelpful and rude in some instances. I have an impending house move tomorrow. These guys listened didn’t charge me and wish me luck with my move. Being nice gets you a long way and these guys were so kind. Thank you

Having been to this car wash before all be it in a smaller car.
Quite disappointed on this occasion
On presentation of my QR code the attendant was clearly unhappy stating its free and he won't get any money from the voucher.
On this occasion I was in a XC90 a much bigger car.
The wheels weren't sprayed as normal, when I asked why, I was told they are not dirty.

Really disappointed today. Paid £25 for a wash and mini valet, which according to their own pricing takes 10-15 minutes. Popped over to Tesco for milk, it was already “done” by the time I got back, 6 or 7 minutes. See the photos for detail, they didn’t even take the rubbish out the door glove compartment. When I asked them they said they don’t know what is rubbish. Like for example, an empty can or sandwich box? Then the guy said we should have charged you £50 because it was dirty. But it still stands that they didn’t even spend the allocated time on it. Just left it dirty. I feel completely robbed. £25 and I’m finishing it myself.
