Very poor wash. They do a very superficial job and when you look closely the car is still dirty and streaky. The inside mats are not properly cleaned. The edges whenboit and door are open are not cleaned at all. Avoid

I was a bit lost, when I used this car wash. First, no one asked me what service I wanted before I started. Second, the chap started washing the car without any warning, before I could get the windows up! There was zero communication until we came out of the wash itself, and proceed to get the interior cleaned. Also, it's a shame they don't take credit / debit card; even though there IS a cashpoint there at the petrol station, it charges you £1.95 for withdrawal. But insofar as the level of the work, they do a good job (well, most of them... I did see one lazy bloke who seemed to regret even being alive... lol).

The owner (a tall, slim, bald man) is extremely rude, shouted at me a young woman unprovoked after I asked if the car wash had finished as my alloys were still black and dirty. He told me 'what do I expected if I haven't washed my car for a year'. I have not heard of anyone being so rude, presumptuous and give such attitude when you're paying for a service. Well after the recent sand storm you expect a car to be dirty hence it needed a wash. You would think that was why you would attend a car wash to clean a dirty car not a clean one.
After insulting me he continued to rant loudly and pointed at another car to say his other customer comes every two weeks to clean his car. Like I'm suppose to be a regular customer to get a decent car wash service. I've been here before as it was local to my family and they've never cleaned the car well but used it as it was convenient. He wiped his finger on the alloy and wiped off the black grim then sprayed it and reluctantly cleaned it. He went on to complain about how I complained, ranted about how I wanted a free service and that he's not a slave?? He also told me never to bring my car back. If my car was too dirty for them to clean they should have told me and I would have happily have taken it elsewhere.
The attack was completely unprovoked, I didn't even complain, I had simply asked a question. They take about 5 minutes to jet hose your car and act like they spent an hour cleaning it. It's overpriced for an awful clean and disgusting service. Please avoid

The staff is very rude. Expensive,they don’t wash cars properly .don’t waste your money.

They started power hosing my car while in the queue to enter. Bit of a shock, I thought I would get to discuss my options first. Maybe they were busy and just needed to start things and talk later. No where to sit while waiting. Good costs, friendly staff and a good job done.

Good value for money( they have deals for taxi drivers and VERY frequent customers), very quickly and professionally done, also positioned in a very convenient location. Most importantly, my car looked amazing after! Thanks to the team here, I'll be back 😊

Not bad told £15 to wash my vw camper when I paid he said that price does not apply if you have the van dried although your price list clearly states price at wash and dry large vehicle £15
