First time got my car washed here and went for their £30 option, wax, in & out, seat foam clean, also stated detailed etc etc. I am really disappointed 😞 never again going their. Worse car wash

Very pleasant experience, was busy but car done to a high standard within an hour while I worked in the waiting room on my laptop. Tea and coffee provided which was a nice touch.

Don't like how these people just took over the car wash reviews with a new company name and kept Kay's good reviews as their own. Same with the old Kay's Instagram page - just kept all the followers and pics but with worse service. It was better when it was Kay's Car Wash, you can really tell the difference in staff AND ownership. Wouldn't recommend, they do quite a lazy job. Bring back the old lot!!!!

Went today for my first wash and I was not disappointed. Got Premium for 18£. Car is really nice and shiny in and out, got free air freshener too. The guy in charge was kind and made sure all was done right. If they keep costumer service at high standard then more people will appreciate that too. Hopefully next time I receive same or even higher standard too.

Only place that washes my car without the need for me to check the wash after, best car wash in west London…… plus my kids love the waiting area!
