BP - Car Wash

Received a ticket because I exceeded the parking time.
Basically if you Are queuing To wash your car it’s considered as parking on the premises.
60£ fine and I spent 8£+ 80£ petrol what a ripoff

I contacted the customer service they never replied, I paid the ticket !!!
Will NEVER GO BACK

I have received a £100 fine for queuing for the car wash!!!!!!! I filled up with fuel and bought the premium car wash. The visit lasted 77mins due to only one car wash machine being operationally at the time - the que was long. Obviously all of this is on CCTV.
Trying to appeal on line is a joke and you are expected to pay for you appeal letter?!!! why should I pay anything when I have already paid a premium for services and done absolutely nothing wrong?!

Like others I got rinsed with a £100 fine for using the car wash with a queue of 6 cars which meant I was on the site for longer than 30 mins. I can't wait for them to take me to court. The car wash ticket states I have 7 days to use the car wash, not 30 minutes. I will then counter-sue for the loss of earnings of several hundred pounts through time spent fighting a fraudelent claim. Good luck with that, BP!

Thank you for replying to this review. You say you have no intention of fine your customers but the number of reviews about you fines suggest otherwise. You seem to be sending these threatening letters to your customers speculatively. Sending invoices like this is illegal.

You have asked me to email your customer service to sort this out. This is a request for administrative support and there will be a charge for this, obviously. Please let me know where to send the invoice and once funds have cleared I will provide the administrative support you seek.

Otherwise, I just won't pay the invoice. You are of course free to pursue payment for this spurious charge through the courts and I will use your response here as part of my defence.

Got a fine waiting due the car wash, no horrible legal letters and spending hours trying to sort this out! Hard to reach anyone whilst BP makes record profits - terrible.

I use this car wash regularly and too often one of the bays is not functional. The queues are too long… it’s really painful. I am posting this on a Saturday morning and again only one machine is working.

Bought top program (premium) but was disappointed with the outcome.
The marking on the window was still visible after .
The step was still dirty as it was before
The whole body was slightly better
Really disappointing

First time using this type auto cleaner , need to buy token “ code” before begin , enter the code , drive until the stop sign light on, stop the car engine and the process begin , stay in the car and whole time and don’t forget to brake your car . Be careful, the floor is pretty slippery. 🤗

Always go here great staff..get 3 washers get 4th free...done all of the cars...
