I called in and was given an appointment for my car for a full valet at 8.30am one morning.
I arrived to find they don’t open until 9am. I paid to park and waited until 9.20am and nobody had arrived so I had no choice but to leave for work.
I went back the next morning and explained what happened. Even though it had been a sunny day I was told they didn’t open due to bad weather. They asked to take my number so they could make a new appointment. I never heard from them again.
Many people seem to have had a good experience so maybe I was unlucky. But I can’t see any reason to use a business where I don’t feel I can trust anything I’m told.

Be careful, they charging for every car £20 for in&out, doesn't matter what size. They charged me for medium car £20, when they should charge me £15. When asked why, they said thats te rules, but there on the wall is price list where for small and medium car is £15. £20 is for 4x4 or 7 seaters cars. They also charged my friend £20 for Fiat 500. After wash all windows was dirty, mirrors and all front. Lot of dust inside, no one even clean dashboard.
AVOID THIS CAR WASH!

Paid £9 for a basic wash and dry. For the price I would have expected a better job. They didn't clean the bottom of the car properly or the wheel arches, nor did they clean the windscreen wipers. They also used soaking wet cloths for drying the car so obviously the car wasn't dry! On the plus side, the crew were polite and they did the job quickly.

This was my first time using Magic Bubbles Car Wash and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! I was expecting the usual but, for me, these guys really went to town!
I had the interior and exterior done, but these guys went the extra mile by removing scratches, using a special marker to hide chips in the paintwork and done a thorough job on my wheels!

The guys there were super friendly and immediately almost felt like family!
I received a loyalty car too, which I intend to make use of, as I’ll be going there from now on!
