Ruby's Car Wash

Had a great experience, I go monthly to this car wash but received exceptional service from Izet.
Definitely recommend and don’t worry about the Q as it soon goes down.

Very quick and efficient but they don’t take any short cuts. Always busy on lunchtimes and weekends so go early ! Been coming here for a year now and they’re always professional and do a good job

Service very rushed with the car not properly washed and dried. My rims were not cleaned only a soapy liquid sprayed on it and rinsed off. My interior still had some dirt and stains on the seat. More attention is needed on cleaning the car properly instead of churning out as many cars as possible. Would not recommend

I did check my car before leaving. There were so many things not done properly I would have been asking your employees to clean properly constantly, which I did not want to do. Based on your terrible response gives me a good indication on the type of person you are and the business you running. You right, I will take my car elsewhere, there surely must be better places than Rubysh!!!!!

I have been coming here once a month to clean the car in and out pay £20 but today really dissapointed. They charged different amount with what it stated in the price list on the board, ie. Silver wash for Benz GLC £20, today I've been charged for £22 the reason being the car longer, not the short one.

August 2022 Update:
Just had my car mini valeted. It took an hour but the car came back brand new inside. Amazing job by the team and great price too considering the results. Can recommend enough.

Have been coming here for the last 6+ months and I'm always impressed with the service here from everyone. Consistently high standard unlike some other car washes I've used. I now make sure I only come here and they're all a friendly bunch. Very hard working individuals.

Surprisingly quick with good attention to detail. For example, the supervisor asked them to wash my car again as he wasn't happy they'd cleaned the bottom half well enough the first time. Competitively priced too.

I loved this place, always done a good job until I’ve found a deep scratch on my brand new car which was not there before hand.

Stellar wash as always. Highly recommended!
