Putney Car Wash

I used to go there pretty often to clean-up my car, but after a few times when they did a poor job, I complained. This happened only when the italian guy washed my car (apparently he is the owner) He offered my money back but I refused, I said that all I need is a decent wash (the interior was done like a blind man cleaned it). Since then, he doesn`t want to wash my car...his loss, I went somewhere else. Bottom line, if you want just a average or bellow average wash, go there (unless the other guys there wash your car). Thank you!

I've been using the car wash for 2 years. The car is always very clean. I think their work is fair value for money. The team are polite and flexible. The wait time is appropriate for the leisure centre location, not always ideal for me as I wait, but that fact that they are so busy is an indicator of the solid job they do.

I left my car for two hours and paid £50 for a full vacum. When i returned the car was covered in dirt, inside and outside. I will never return and wouldn't recommend anyone to do so.

Won’t be using again. Paid £17 for wash and vacuum. Have to give credit that they took out a load of kids toys etc. to hoover. However overall the job was rushed and fairly poor. I think they just rush through it to get the next customer. Floor hoovering was ok but quite a lot of debris was left in the gearstick area. Outside, they just jet wash, I don’t think any hand washing is used. I also can’t see much sign of the polishing which is included in the service, the car is pretty dull. As a result my roof is still covered in algae, which could have been easily shifted with a sponge. I don’t think this is good enough value for £17 so will look elsewhere.

Great little carwash in the leisure centre.. Really friendly staff and they know how to look after your car... I've been here with all of my cars and and they are very reasonably priced!

Putney Car Wash at Putney Leisure Centre: Possibly the worst car wash I have ever had the displeasure of using. I paid for a full valet and the car is only partially cleaned, they didn't even bother to clean off obvious bird droppings. The interior had been poorly vacuumed and polished with greasy streaks left all over the inside car. If it was possible to leave 0 stars, I would. Over and above the terrible service, when I was about to pay the manager I told him that I was unhappy with the valet, he snatched the money out of my hand and stormed off. Avoid at all costs!

This place is one of the few post-lockdown Survivors, thankfully. It is in the corner of the Putney Leisure centre. It was raining at the time of my second visit, but they carried on working on my dirty car without being under cover. Tremendous service.
NB: Entrance is just within the London 'ULEZ' charging zone for old cars such as mine.
