Paid £15 for car wash inside and out .. he didn’t even wash the wheels and he didn’t even hover the passenger seat at all when I went back to challenge him he said that it was my fault for not telling him to move the car booster seat that’s why he missed the hovering.. he was very threatening and aggressive.. will not be returning here .. worst car wash in Canterbury

Two times I have used IMO car washes recently, and this is now the second time I have had this experience. I used this facility on the 5th of March 2022 and I have to say, I was left very disappointed with the experience. As we were going through I noticed that that one of the brushes was not spinning on the drivers side of the car. Since getting home I have seen that actually using the car wash was a complete waste of my time and money, my wheels and front bumper are still soiled heavily. I would have been better off just washing the car myself, i would have saved my money and got the job done a hell of a lot better. One to avoid at all costs!

Thought we were going to have a long wait when we saw the queue, but it moved surprisingly quickly! Each employee had their own contribution to make, and worked well as a team. The Saharan dust has now all gone!

The best car wash/valeting service in Canterbury. Much quicker than the service at Asda and very good value. Will definitely use them again.

Good friendly service. Wish they would upgrade the hoover machines to accept contactless rather than pound coins that I never have!
